Junior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a hands on Junior Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing and PR consultancy. We are a quickly expanding, award winning startup working with a wide range of B2B and B2C clients, both in the UK and internationally. This is a role for a driven individual who is looking for a career, not just a job as you will play a critical part in the growth and development of the business.

The purpose of the role is to support both our client and internal projects with developing high quality visuals. Reporting to the Account Manager, you will be responsible for turning creative briefs into a wide range of visual designs, including social media posts, infographics, presentations, marketing materials and short promotional videos.
Whilst this is not a client facing role, you will need to develop a deep understanding of our clients to be able to accurately translate their requirements. You will have a full support of the team during this process and as you grow in the role, you will gradually be exposed to more direct client work.
We are a small team with a diverse client base, which means that you will get to experience many aspects of agency life, giving you a broad set of skills as you start your career journey. This is a new role with great opportunities to grow for the right candidate.

• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva (Experience with Figma is a plus)
• Examples of high quality design work that you can show us
• Excellent verbal and written English (English Language Level 2 or above)
• Practical knowledge of design best practices for both print and digital
• A high level of attention to detail
• Hands on, can do attitude with curiosity and drive to learn

This is a hybrid role. You will be working from home four days per week, and spending one day in our London co-working office, located at 180 Strand.
No two days will be the same, but you could expect for your day to include some of these activities:
You will be joining a weekly all-team meeting and one-on-one meeting with your manager
You will be briefed on new projects, going through the requirements and expectations, with regular reviews of work in progress and implementing requested edits
You will develop new ideas and visual templates for our branded materials and social media posts
You will be working on both simple designs in Canva and the full Adobe Creative Suite
From time to time you will be asked to improve existing materials such as client presentations and marketing materials
For visual projects with text included, you will be responsible for proofing the copy
For ongoing clients work where visual templates are available, you will be using and updating these based on client requirements
Your ideas and recommendations will always be welcomed and encouraged, and you will be able to shape both our internal and client projects
