Account Manager
We are looking for a hands on account manager to join our growing marketing and PR consultancy. We are a quickly expanding, award winning startup working with a wide range of B2B and B2C clients, both in the UK and internationally. This is a role for a driven individual who is looking for a career, not just a job as you will play a critical part in the growth of the business.

The purpose of the role is to lead our client projects from brief to delivery, managing various stakeholders whilst delivering impactful campaigns focused on ROI. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Account Manager with take ownership of our multi-industry B2B and B2C clients, whilst playing a critical role in shaping our next phase of growth.

Full client account management, from initial brief to delivery
Day-to-day client liaison with a range of stakeholders at all stages of client projects
Developing and delivering marketing strategies based on client objectives
Taking ownership of overall client account development, performance and growth
Conducting one-on-one client engagement and meetings regularly
Building and executing a retention and new business development strategy to grow and expand within new and existing clients including upselling and cross-selling
Managing content campaigns, developing messaging and reviewing copy for variety of content formats
Providing direction and feedback for creative brainstorms, both for client and internal campaigns
Maintaining and growing client relationships across existing projects
Reporting accurate performance metrics to key stakeholders
Supporting the development of proposals to drive the growth of the business, both for new and existing clients

• 3-year (min) experience in a similar professional role
• Qualification in marketing related subject OR relevant hands-on experience in account management role
• Excellent verbal and written English (English Language Level 2 or above)
• Strong business acumen and ability to walk in client’s shoes
• In-depth understanding of the impact marketing has on business performance and growth
• Experience in developing and executing agency client account plans
• Ability to engage with complex stakeholders and building long lasting relationships
• Hands on, can do attitude with curiosity and drive to learn

• Competitive salary (£40k - £44 pro rata) depending on experience
• Remote working, with one day per week in our central London office
